By using Group Games, you accept these terms. The app is for entertainment. Users are responsible for permission to use player names and any photos or text they add, and for safe use of the device and group setting. Harassment, hate, illegal activity, and infringement of others’ rights are prohibited.

Digital products

Digital products are sold through Apple App Store or Google Play. Price, currency, tax, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the terms shown by the relevant store. The monthly plan renews unless cancelled. Permanent products can be restored through the supported store; consumable passes may not survive a device change without a server-backed account.

Ownership and availability

The app, content, and brand assets belong to PolycaGames or its licensors. Copying, reverse engineering, abuse of payment mechanisms, and unauthorized commercial distribution are prohibited. We may modify the service for security, legal, or product reasons. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
